Cooperation Protocol Signed with Global Employment Agency


A cooperation protocol aimed at accelerating employment on a national and international scale was signed between Hitit University Technology Transfer Office Inc. (TTO AŞ) and the Global Employment Agency.


The protocol was signed by Prof. Dr. Ali Osman Öztürk, Rector of Hitit University and Chairman of the Board of Directors of TTO AŞ, and Ali Karabacak, President of the Global Employment Agency.


The protocol aims to prepare orientation and vocational and technical training programs, create academic and practical content for these programs, and conduct training and consultancy processes.


Through this cooperation, the training, consultancy, and organizational services needed by the Global Employment Agency in its work targeting job seekers among foreign nationals and Turkish citizens will be implemented with the academic knowledge, technical expertise, and experience of Hitit University TTO AŞ.


Hitit University Technology Transfer Office Inc. to Conduct Training and Consulting Processes


Hitit University Rector and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hitit University Technology Transfer Office Inc., Prof. Dr. Ali Osman Öztürk, stated that they have started a new collaboration to contribute to employment, saying, “Within the scope of the protocol we have signed, we, as TTO Inc., will participate in the employment efforts of the Global Employment Agency for those seeking employment abroad or in our country, by providing training, consulting, and organizational services.”


Noting that university-industry collaboration is of great importance in increasing the quality of employment, Prof. Dr. Öztürk said, “With this protocol, we aim to provide a scientific, planned, and sustainable contribution to employment processes on a national and international scale. As Hitit University Technology Transfer Office Inc., we aim to both increase the qualifications of individuals and provide added value to the employment ecosystem by combining our academic infrastructure and practical experience with the needs of the labor market.”


Karabacak: “We have established a holistic structure that does not limit employment processes only to the job-finding stage, but also supports them with training.”


Ali Karabacak, Head of the Global Employment Agency, stated that they have created a new model to increase employment, saying, “With this collaboration, we have established a holistic structure that does not limit employment processes solely to the job-finding stage, but is supported by training. Training programs tailored to the needs of the labor market and directly increasing employment will be implemented.”


Karabacak noted that job seekers can choose professions they can pursue through the Global Employment Agency, adding:


“Then, our citizens who want to work in our country, as well as foreign nationals or those wishing to work abroad, will participate in training programs at Hitit University in the relevant professional fields. At this point, language, adaptation, and professional competency training for employees will be provided by Hitit University. After the completion of the training processes, we will ensure their employment.”
